RETURNS POLICY
Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt and you will be responsible for shipping the items back to ykcheapjerseys. Please contact us so that a representative can authorize your return, send your RMA# and return instructions. IMPORTANT: We may not be able to refund a return that we cannot associate with RMA#.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and unassembled. We are unable to offer returns on modified or assembled items as they are deemed “used”. Once you provide us with the return tracking number, we will track your return to confirm its arrival back to the warehouse. A refund will be credited to you once the warehouse has received, inspected and confirmed undamaged. – There will be a 15% re-stocking fee charged at the time of return.
We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) AND there will be a 25% restocking fee:
l Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
l Any item that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
